I’m so happy you’re here…

I don’t know about you, but I can spend hours faffing and getting distracted with things that are not driving my business forward.

In fact there are times when I get to the end of the day and wonder where the hours went… and feel like I’ve achieved nothing.

I miss my old colleagues and sometimes crave co-workers who can help me to be accountable for achieving my to-do list. And I really miss those co-workers who 100% had my back!

There’s been times where I’ve felt guilty for practicing any kind of ‘self-care’ including yoga when I feel like I should be working… despite setting up my business in the first place to have more freedom for exactly that! The irony is not lost on me.

So here’s what I’ve come up with… what if…we could combine a yoga class with a coaching session that is 100% designed to make you more effective in your week, more productive and to have the focus & clarity to work on the things that matter most… so you get to the end of the week and feel like you’ve achieved a huge amount?

And wouldn’t it be fun if that was super affordable AND allowed you to get a dose of ‘self-care’ by way of a yoga practice AND gave you a wonderful community of like-minded people?

Well, I think I’ve found the solution 🙂

Here’s what I’m offering…

A brand new membership…

Every Monday Morning you’ll get:

  • 9:15am – 45 minute yoga class which is sequenced to leave you feeling uplifted & energised
  • 10:00am – 45 minute group coaching with the number 1 intention of getting your priorities in order for the coming week so you can smash through your goals

Mid month

  • Monthly zoom networking, accountability & socialising

End of month

  • Monthly Yoga Nidra & coaching session to reflect on the month past & to look to the month ahead & set some goals & intentions

So who am I anyway?

I’m Zoe James-Guy

Yoga Elder (Yoga Teachers Together), Certified Life Coach (International Coaching Federation), Certified Breath Coach (YA)

I’ve been winging my way through business for about 20 years in one form or another.

During this time… I’ve always practiced yoga & breathwork, and I’ve always had a coach.

These three things together is what I believe is my magic ingredient!

And I’m so excited to be bringing my life’s work into one little package especially for other business owners out there.

Why the coaching?

I’ve worked with so many Coaches over the years, and I can honestly say that I would never be without a Coach while I have my business.

Coaches have literally helped me to transform my life by helping me see things from different perspectives… and making massive shifts physically, emotionally & mentally.

They’ve helped me see ‘the wood for the trees’ so I can see what’s stopping me progressing in my business and make the relevant changes.

It’s through Coaching that I have been able to easily let go of those things in my business that were draining me and this enabled me to make room for the things that filled me up… like this new programme!

 

How will my coaching help you?

Each Monday we’ll have a group coaching session after the yoga – so our mind & body will already be feeling ready for the coming week.

I’ll be asking you a series of questions… and I invite you to have a pen & paper to jot down answers. I aim to help you see what you need to do to move forward in your business. I’ll be encouraging you to take tiny steps every day towards your bigger goal, and figure out where the distractions are coming from and what you can do to avoid them.

By the end of the session each week I expect that you have a clearer idea of what to focus on, what to let go of, and how to take these tiny steps of inpired action.

Why the yoga?

Yoga has supported me in so many different ways throughout my life.

I love how it gives me physical strength, flexibility and helps me stretch out those sore muscles from working on my business all day!

It keeps me grounded, clearing the mind and helping me to focus & see priorities so much clearer.

The breathwork & mindfulness is a huge help at keeping me calm during the ups & downs in business.

It just makes you feel so bloody good, inside & out!

How my yoga will help you?

I’ll be leading you through a mindful hatha flow with a focus on energising both body & mind. There’ll be breathwork (pranayama) to revitilise & uplift you.

So when we start the coaching, you’ll be raring to get going!

And towards the end of every month there’ll be a Yoga Nidra session… this is the ultimate in relaxation. Simply lie there, grab a pillow, eye covering & blanket and get yourself comfortable.

I’ll guide you through a bodyscan and then open you up to receiving whatever it is that you require / want / or desire from your business. Yoga Nidra is a wonderfully effective way to manifest!  There’ll be time for monthly reflection & goal setting during this session too.

Some FAQs…

Will there be recordings?

Yes. Recordings of the yoga & coaching session last 7 days and members will always be able to access the most recent of these, along with the current Yoga Nidra which lasts until the next one is released.

Do I have to be a business owner?

Not necessarily… although the sessions will be geared towards business owners who have big goals & dreams and want a little bit of support. So if you’re not a business owner you might find the content irrelevant.

I've never done yoga before can I still join?

Yes… although the yoga might require a certain amount of fitness, it is open to all levels including absolute beginners. You can always go at your own pace and the sessions will be inclusive enough for most people.

What equipment do I need for yoga?

I’d suggest getting a yoga mat (or borrowing one if you can). But otherwise we can usually make use of sofa cushions & dressing gown cords when we need additional yoga props.

Can I invite a friend?

Absolutely! It’s open to everyone until I hit 20 members, and then I’ll be closing the doors until September.

I don't have time for yoga!

I often hear that people struggle to fit exercise or yoga practice into their days because they feel as though they’re ‘skiving’ or not being productive with their work.  But did you know that when you take a yoga class, you essentially get that hour back by being more productive, efficient and clear on your priorities? An hour spent in yoga or meditation is absolutely not an hour lost, but more than an hour gained. I promise, I bounce through my days when I’ve started them with a yoga class!

How much is the membership?

£37 per month… a rolling basis. Anyone who signs up for the 1st October payment date will get the rest of September for FREE

I'm only interested in the yoga class, can I still sign up?

Honestly it’s the Coaching & Yoga combined that has the value… BUT if you just want to do 45 minutes of yoga every Monday morning, that’s fine by me.

What if I want some 1-1 coaching?

You can book a one-off or block of coaching sessions whenever you like. Once the full membership opens there’ll be a discount for members who choose to have 1-1 coaching with me.
